Its core tools are AI video SEO (title, description, tags and timestamps) and AI thumbnail generation based on the video's content; around them are a channel audit, paid collaborations with other creators, media kits, an ad marketplace, a channel marketplace and AdSense payouts — all in one account. Bloggers.tools is operated by People PRO Inc. (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). It was founded by Sergey Pavlovich, a YouTube creator who has run the channel People PRO ("Люди PRO", 902K subscribers) for eight years. More than 12,000 creators use the service. The website is available in Russian and English; video SEO and thumbnail text are produced in the language of the video. Video SEO and thumbnails need only a link to a YouTube video — no access to the channel. Video SEO works from YouTube subtitles, so it suits videos with speech, including Shorts and unlisted videos. The creator pastes the result into YouTube Studio; the service does not upload or change videos on the channel. Titles, descriptions and thumbnails belong to the creator, and commercial use is allowed. Good packaging does not guarantee views. Plans: Free (1 video SEO + 1 thumbnail, a one-time trial that doesn't renew), Starter (7 + 7 a month), Pro (14 + 14 a month) and Talent Manager (30 + 30 a month). Paid plans start at $19 a month, or from $16 a month billed yearly. Other services: a channel audit by human YouTube analysts (200 USD, up to 10 business days); paid messages to other creators with a refund if there is no reply within 3 days; auto-updating media kits (read-only social connections, from the Starter plan); an ad marketplace paying per action (CPA) or a fixed fee per integration; a channel marketplace where channels pass through the company's Google account and the buyer's money is frozen until full access; AdSense payouts in crypto for creators who can't receive AdSense directly (fee 25%: 23% service + 2% withdrawal).
